OSuite processes account, workspace, approval, replay, and evidence data to operate governed AI agent workflows. Microsoft 365 companion surfaces act as a connected access layer and do not replace OSuite as the system of record.
What we collect
We collect account identifiers, workspace membership state, approval decisions, replay evidence, and operational telemetry required to secure and audit governed actions.
How companion apps work
Microsoft 365 companion views display approval summaries, decision summaries, and deep links into OSuite. Final approvals, replay inspection, and proof exports continue to occur in OSuite.
